Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Production & Dispatch Timeline
At Dhol Posh, we follow a made-to-order model. This means that production starts only after an order is placed. The delivery timeline depends on the order volume and complexity:

  • Standard production & dispatch time: 5–7 days
  • Typical delivery time: 6 business days from the time of dispatch 
  • If your order will take longer, we will notify you immediately.

          Note: Larger orders with multiple pieces may take longer.

Domestic Shipping: 

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above INR 2000.
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email for you to monitor the delivery.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Delivery timeline: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for customs duties as per their country's regulations. If duties are unpaid, the package may not be delivered, and Dhol Posh will not be liable to resend or refund the order.
  • Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable: All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Guidelines While Receiving Your Dhol Posh Order:

  • Only accept sealed packages.
  • We highly recommend making an unboxing video for any exchange-related concerns.

Delivery Timeline Overview:

  1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS with a summary and estimated delivery time.
  2. Dispatch timelines vary by product and are listed on each product page.
  3. Delivery to remote locations may take longer based on accessibility; we’ll inform you via SMS or email in such cases.
  4. We partner with reliable shipping services to ensure delivery within promised timelines.
