Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Please carefully read product descriptions, sizes, and dimensions. Note that due to different monitor settings, product colors may slightly vary from what you see on screen.
Exchange Policy:
- The buyer bears the shipping cost to send the product back to Dhol Posh. We will cover the shipping for the exchanged product.
- All items (except SALE items) are eligible for exchange only if the product is damaged or there’s a size issue from our end.
- Unboxing videos are required to claim exchanges due to damage or defects.
- Exchange requests must be initiated via WhatsApp/email within 48 hours of receiving the product and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- We do not offer return pickup service.
- No exchange is possible on international orders.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- For 'Ready to Ship' items, once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Credit Note:
- If the buyer opts out of an exchange, we will issue a credit note for the full value minus a convenience charge of INR 200.
- Credit Note Validity: 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns:
We strive to meet your expectations, and therefore do not accept returns. Only exchanges are offered as per the conditions above.
